McCarthy Meet Bachmann

Here, Michele Bachmann, member of the House of Representatives from Minnesota, not only declares Obama to be "un-American", but calls for the media to investigate other members of Congress to find out whether they too are un-American. She is not alone in this. She has good company in Senator Joseph McCarthy.

Can all the scary right wing nut jobs, please fade into the woodwork? Their 15 minutes of fame is a freak show with a huge side of horror.

What is with the ladies of the extremist right? Do they have some kind of competition going for who first can purge all traces of her soul? My money is still on Michelle 'Cthulhu's Handmaiden' Malkin to edge Ann Coulter by a nose.
But I ask:
Have you no sense of decency, ma'am? At long last, have you left no sense of decency?

LOL re Sarah! Ditto her!!! I thought this was Fox news, but it's even more of a freak show given it's on msnbc.
Yes with Shawn also. Right-wing women are scary folk.

What's particularly troubling about all of this is that Bachmann's not a popular blogger, radio show host, or "news analyst" who sells books by hating people. She's in Congress.

Why has the Bush administration not shipped Ayers off to Guantanamo Bay? He's a terrorist, right? Why is he free to teach our children and work on "education reform"?

The whole Ayers thing is a red herring. I'd much rather the press focus on this report I heard today that Sarah Palin is actually the love child of Strom Thurmond and Margaret Thatcher. I mean, it all makes sense, doesn't it?
